The mighty, yet graceful Sewer Bridge, spans the Waikato River at the northern end of Hamilton, The City of the Future. Truly a monument of modern construction, a feat of engineering:

So I went to get a warrant of fitness for the car and get a new driver’s license at the same time. I go to pay for the license and for some reason they don’t accept credit cards, and my eftpos card was declined because I bought petrol on Wednesday and forgot to put more money in the account. Luckily I had enough cash. Then I go to do the eye test and I can’t see what I’m supposed to in that eye testing machine.
e.g. it’s supposed to look like this
1 ABCD EFGH IJKL
2 JHGF UYTR POIU
3 BGRF HJNK TRFG
but I see
1 1 AEBC IFGH
2 2 JUVP OUIR
3 3 BGJN KTRG
And the letters are kind of merging with each other and it’s all very strange. The woman behind the counter says “now read the third block of text” and I said “there are only two blocks of text” and she said “Are you sure?” and then she got another customer to have a look and he could see 3 blocks. I heard the woman behind the counter say it happened to another person and her husband had to look in the machine to prove to his wife that there really were supposed to be 3 blocks of letters. I did see three blocks for an instant when I looked at the wall and then looked back into the machine but I couldn’t see it properly, I could only get 2 columns.
So I went to the optometrist and it was open but the optometrist was sick. WHY WAS IT OPEN IF THERE WAS NO OPTOMETRIST? So now I’ll have to do it next weekend…
Then I got a call from the warrant of fitness place to tell me that they only put a 6 month sticker on the car instead of a 1 year one so I had to go all the way back again. I’m glad they called and got it fixed…

Basic fitness: 30 minute brisk walk every day over varying terrain
Intermediate fitness: 40 minutes on a crosstrainer per day and/or 20 minute swim
Advanced fitness: 40 minute run, 30 minutes swimming non-stop.
Switch your diet from mostly carbs to a lot of protein with plenty of fruits and vegetables!
Our walk in the forest started off well. A gentle track and good weather made for an enjoyable walk. Missed a crucial (unmarked!) turn half way through, and ended up walking 2 km and an hour more than we thought we would but it was all good. The stairs at the end were a killer…

Although it is true that the Gillette Fusion razor is an over-priced piece of shit, it may be that Gillette’s Fusion Shaving Gel is even worse. The Fusion razor performed less tragically when used with King of Shaves oil and gel. Stay tuned for more details…
The Samsung 2443 24" TN LCD Monitor.
1920×1200. 5ms response time.
It’s actually pretty good.
vs the Dell 2407 WFP:
Well, 1:1 pixel mapping works for starters. Black levels are better, white levels are worse, and colours look a little washed out on the 2443. Of course, TN panels all have shit viewing angles and this one is no exception, the 2407 clearly comes out on top in that regard.
Galvatron’s ship is rather stupid. Observe:

Galvatron is currently speaking to Cyclonus on the Bridge in the pictures above. Note that the air lock opens directly to space. Not really much of an airlock then, is it? Further, why do robotic beings that do not breathe need air at all, let alone an air lock?
If I were Unicron, I would have labeled this "air lock" as "EXIT" or simply "DOOR".
